À La Carte Services
All Mare services are offered à la carte, allowing guests to select only the services they want while keeping pricing approachable. If you would like a blowout or haircut following a color service, please notify the front desk at the time of booking so additional time can be reserved.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. A valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking. To ensure timely updates, cancellations must be made by calling the salon directly; we are unable to accept cancellations via email.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened or modified services, or the need to reschedule, while still being subject to the original service fee.
Pricing & Sales
Pricing is subject to change at any time. All service sales are final.
Personal Belongings
Mare Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Product Returns
Product returns are accepted within 10 days only if items are unused, resellable, and returned with all safety seals intact. Used products cannot be returned.
Payments
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Debit cards do not incur a processing fee. Mare Salon does not accept cash or checks. If you would like to pay by debit card, please let the front desk know at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued on the spot for incorrect payment methods.
Gratuity
Tipping at Mare is optional, but always appreciated.

Consultations
New color and extension clients are strongly encouraged to schedule a consultation prior to booking services. Pricing may vary based on hair length, density, texture, condition, and desired outcome. To schedule a consultation, please call 424-274-3479.
